Submit your query
- Consultation
- Search for prior designs
- Legal Advisory and explanation of the design application procedure [Click here to know more]
- Signing of a Non Disclosure Agreement
Examination of Application
- Application for registration of Design [Click here to know more]
- Issuance of First Examination Report
- Reply to the First Examination Report
Hearings, if any
- A hearing may be scheduled by the Controller for further clarification to objections raised in the First Examination Report
- Attending scheduled hearings
- Filing Written Submissions post hearing
Registration
- If the objections of the Controller are satisfied, the application proceeds to registration.
