Design Application Procedure

When you arrive with your design at VNA Partners, the following design application procedure will generally follow:

  • Submit your query

    • Consultation
    • Search for prior designs
    • Legal Advisory and explanation of the design application procedure [Click here to know more]
    • Signing of a Non Disclosure Agreement
  • Examination of Application

  • Hearings, if any

    • A hearing may be scheduled by the Controller for further clarification to objections raised in the First Examination Report
    • Attending scheduled hearings
    • Filing Written Submissions post hearing
  • Registration

    • If the objections of the Controller are satisfied, the application proceeds to registration.
